Toscana Celebrity Chef’s Dinner

On Saturday, January 31, Chef Digby Stridiron, Culinary Ambassador to the US Virgin Islands and our Chef Eric Wadlund created a culinary masterpiece!

Chef Digby was born and raised in St. Croix, Chef Digby Stridiron was lured into the culinary world when his passion for food was recognized at an early age. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. Digby returned to the island of St. Croix and worked at various resorts and private restaurants, which helped him reconnect with his first love…Food.  To read more about Chef Digby’s career and experiences, please follow this link.

Toscana Members and guests enjoyed tray passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a five course dinner in the Wine Cellar.  See below the menu below:

Small Bites – Traypassed
Jerk spiced chicken rillettes with plantain and cilantro – Chef Digby
